HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? TOP
All domestic, USPS Priority Mail shipments are $8.50 which includes all standard packaing materials. If you would like us to use an alternate shipping method, please advise us at the time you place your order. HOW SOON AFTER BAKING DO YOU SHIP THE COOKIES? TOP
Our orders generally ship out within 24-48 hours of baking, depending upon the quantity ordered. HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR COOKIES? TOP
USPS Priority Shipping has proven to be the fastest and most cost-effective shipment method. If you would like us to use an alternate shipping method, please advise us at the time you place your order. HOW ARE THEY PACKAGED AND WRAPPED? TOP
Each cookie is packaged in a clear food grade polypropylene bag, folded and secured with a sticker indicating the variety. Cookies purchased as a gift are gift-wrapped as requested. Cookies purchased for an event or for personal use are additionally packaged in large, Ziploc bags to ensure added freshness during transit. All packages are carefully packaged and mailed with protective bubble wrap, Styrofoam, or other packing materials to prevent damage. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? TOP
The cookies have a shelf life of up to 10 days from baking if kept packaged. As mentioned earlier - WE BAKE OUR COOKIES FRESH AND USE NO PRESERVATIVES! For keeping as a special memento, our cookies will keep intact for years if kept dry, packaged and out of direct sunlight. We recommend enjoying your Decorated Cookies within one week of receipt of your order for best taste. DO YOU RECOMMEND FREEZING COOKIES? TOP
Yes! Our decorated cookies freeze wonderfully! Simply keep them wrapped in their individual bags and Ziploc bags to prevent freezer damage/drying out. They thaw out in an afternoon and taste great! Please leave them wrapped as they thaw. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? TOP
